Buyer / Senior Buyer required for an excellent opportunity with a up and coming, busy Residential Developer. £50 - £60k and package depending on the individual and experience.

We are recruiting for a Materials Buyer to be based in our clients Head office near Canterbury.

The company are an up and coming developer with a great land bank, work stream and a number of current and future projects in Kent due to start this year.

Their projects range from small traditional developments of a few well appointed houses, large volume developments and high end apartments in Coastal locations

The client is looking for a Buyer / Senior Buyer to over see 3 / 4 live projects . Reporting into the Commercial Director the candidates will have worked as a Buyer in a similar environment previously and have a good working knowledge of new build products and procedures. They will have good communication skills , work well in a team environment and have the capacity to grow professionally with the company, providing opportunity for promotion in due course.
