job description

The client are a privately owned house builder based in Winchester that specialise in the development of bespoke, picturesque housing in and around the immediate area of Winchester.

Previously they have divided up the materials buying and procurement of sub contractor packages between the Directors but now as they are expanding they are looking for a sole individual to take on this responsibility. Although the role is titled as Buyer they are looking for an enthusiastic individual to overseeing both the buying of materials but also the procurement of sub contractor packages. This should be a fairly simple bolt on task as they tend to use the same loyal and trusty sub contractors for every job. Candidates must have experience in both material buyer and experience with sub contract packages and must be based within a 45min radius of Winchester. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £35k + package.
