Role Overview

One of Scotland's most established Facilities Management providers are seeking CAFM System Manager to improve the operational performance of their CAFM System.

They need someone with a strong CAFM management background, who can utilise the system's reporting mechanisms to provide key information to the operational FM team, such as performance against contractual obligations, spend, and time to complete planned and reactive maintenance jobs.

Your Package

* £38,000 - £45,000
* Company car or car allowance
* Working in either Edinburgh or Glasgow
* 6% pension contributions
* 34 days holiday

Your Responsibilities

* Take ownership of the CAFM system to meet the strategic needs of the business
* Implement systems and processes to aid operational efficiency
* Work with senior management to implement controls and management tools
* Ensure the CAFM system meets the needs of the client base
* Develop a CAFM system implementation process for new contracts
* Create monthly statistical reports for the Operational FM team, surrounding PPM delivery and cost
* Ensure that the CAFM system can manage the interface between registered jobs, job completion and client invoicing
* This role is not suitable for a Helpdesk Manager, you must be someone from a CAFM system development background.

Your Skills & Qualifications

* Sound knowledge of CAFM software
* Working experience of managing a CAFM system
* Ability and track record of developing the CAFM software to better meet the needs of the business
* Experience of developing operational reports from the CAFM system
* Considerable experience of database administration and management
* Comprehensive understanding of Facilities Management and its processes
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong organisation skills
* Excellent time management
