With sites across Solihull , my client is a growing health care organisation looking to add to there already strong customer facing team. My client is looking for Call handlers to boost the team and start immediately. In the first instance this role is a temporary role, with the opportunity to go permanent for a hard working person who is the right team fit. Could this be you?
Responsibilities for the role would include;
- Dealing with incoming queries over the phone
- Being sympathetic and support customers where needed
- Offering advise and redirecting people to the correct place/person
To be successful in this role they are looking for someone who is;
- Passionate about sales and truly cares about their customers
- Able to build strong rapport and customer relationships
- Ability to deal with patients under stress
- Able to deal professionally over the phone
You will be working Monday to Friday across 30 hours a week; must be fairly flexible with hours and travel (However most will be accessible via public transport)
Minimum of 6 weeks work, Starting ASAP
