Are you a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner who specialises with Eating Disorders? Can you deliver an excellent level of care to children and young people? If the answer is yes then this could be the perfect role to you.
We are looking for a CAMHS Practitioner to work within an ED Team in Wigan. The successful candidate would offer personalised care plans to children and young people and would work closely with multi agency teams to support the service users and their family. The successful candidate should have strong risk assessment skills, the ability to build therapeutic partnerships and be comfortable working autonomously. They would work within the CPA to support recovery for children and young people suffering with eating disorders.
The working pattern is between 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, part time hours may be accomodated. Pay rates are negotiable depending on experience and banding.

As a CAMHS Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Care planning
- Assessments and interventions
- Care Coordinating
- Liaison with other agencies
- Strong Safeguarding legislation understanding
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a NHS mental Health team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
