x2 Caretaker/Handyperson - North London (Barnet) - Perm - £20,000 + Training Courses/Qualifications Provided

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the North London (Barnet). The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to work as a static Handyperson/Caretaker covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance in the iconic building located in London.

You will be working in a very well known school in Barnet, North London a small team on site. The ideal candidate would come from a School/Lesiure centre background as one of your main tasks will be to maintain the swimming pool or recently just finished an apprenticeship/college

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;



* Dealing with Swimming Pools
* Fabric Duties
* Plumbing, unblocking toilets, washers, taps
* Carpentry duties
* Painting and decorating
* Changing light bulbs

Hours of work

Monday to Thursday

07:00am - 17:00pm

& Sunday's - 08:00am to 18:00pm

Friday and Saturdays Off!

Free Parking On Site!

Requirements



* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Swimming Pool Maintenance experience
* Any maintenance qualifications ideal
* Positive attitude
* Very client facing
* Ethusiastic
* Multi-Skilled
* Good communication skills
* Able to start immediately or at short notice
