PREMISES MANAGER/CARETAKER NEEDED ASAP IN BRADFORD

£12.23 per hour

40 hours a week

TEMP - TO PERM FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

We are seeking to appoint a Premises Manager who will be responsible for the cleanliness, safety and security of the building and grounds, heating, lighting, general maintenance around the site and ensuring Health & Safety compliance is adhered to.

Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of premises management in an educational environment, who will also have the health and safety knowledge and awareness to make a real difference to the site.

The successful candidate will:



* Have previous experience managing premises
* Have a good knowledge of health and safety procedures, including IOSH and COSHH
