Caretaker - Central London
Do you have experience in working as a caretaker with a local authority or housing association? Do you pay attention to detail and able to deliver high standard cleaning service? If so, read on!
Our client is looking for caretakers of a high calibre to work on internal elements of residential buildings as well as open areas. They will ensure that a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene is maintained on the estate.
Responsibilities are:
Waste management.Grounds Maintenance.Managing and maintaining health and safety issues.Working with various service teams and contractors.Supporting first responders in any given emergency.Any other reasonable requests as directed by line manager.
To deliver that you must be able to demonstrate:
Strong customer focusHigh standard cleaning experiencePositive attitude in all work situationsTeam work and flexibility to adapt and make informed decisions in challenging situations.Ability to work under pressureConfidence in communication
