PART TIME CARETAKER NEEDED ASAP IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE

£10.00per hour Umbrella

10am-2pm Monday to Friday

Site Caretaker - key tasks



* 1) Walk extent of communal areas in building - suggest lift to top floor and walk way back through. Litter picking and noting any maintenance tasks requiring attention eg bulbs out, damage, wiping down any surfaces where necessary etc
* 2) Follow up on any points identified at 1
* 3) Time with property supervisor discussing concerns/progressing identified issues
* 4) Vacuum entrance areas
* 5) Vacuum extent of communal areas and wipe down surfaces
* 6) Receiving parcels/deliveries
* 7) Maintaining external areas and close perimeter of site. Litter picking/sweeping and noting and remedying any routine maintenance tasks eg bulbs out, damage, loose paving paying particular attention to tidiness of bin stores and gritting site paths in frosty conditions
* 8) Progressing routine maintenance requests raised - including initial checks, communicating with anybody involved,
* 9) Signing in and out and liaison with maintenance contractors attending site for planned and reactive maintenance matters
* 11) Fire alarm/lift call button testing
* 12) Carry out routine internal maintenance tasks including but not limited to water temperature checks, flushing seldom used taps, fire door checks
