Working effectively as part of a teamSupporting service users in their own homesTravelling to service usersMaintaining professional manner and working to National Care StandardsWorking to a flexible schedule, including nightshifts, weekends and bank holidays

To be successful in your application, you will:

Have previous experience working in a children's residential settingPhysically ability to move and transfer service usersHave flexibility in the roles undertakenHave strong communication skillsRegister under the PVG schemeFull driving licenceObtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent (Desirable)Prior experience working on a one-to-one basis with vulnerable and disabled people (Desirable)
