This is a full time permanent role of 40 hours a week. This setting is a 5 bed home supporting children with a social, emotional or mental health need. Residents are aged between 8-19 years and this is a mixed gender setting. Previous experience with young people with a complex need or SEMHis preferred and a Level 3 qualification in health and social care is desirable.
