Senior Unified Communications Engineer (100% Home Working)

A global IT service provider is urgently seeking a new senior Unified Communications Engineer to help support a number of high profile client engagements. It is a great time to be joining the business as they are going through a period of significant growth - providing an excellent career opportunity to whoever takes the role. Most of the work can be done remotely, so you can be 100% home working too.

You will be responsible for the design, upgrade and optimization of an enterprise UCCE platform and support of a global client's unified computing environment. You will configure, troubleshoot and support the UCCE platform and the day to day operations of them. The role is a mix of both BAU and project delivery.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- Strong experience as a Unified Communications Engineer

- Cisco certification would be an advantage

- Experience with Cisco Call Manager

- A background in the support of UCCE platforms

- Strong VoIP experience

- Excellent communication skills

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

- Basic salary of circa £50,000 - £55,000 depending on skills and experience
