Currently recruiting for a leading, well established regional contractor who are based in the North East and are expanding their workforce.

We are currently working with a leading Construction group who are recruiting for exeperienced Civils biased Site Manager/Agent. This company are well established in the North East, working with well respected main contractors on a variety of civil engineering developments

We are looking for candidates with experience of groundworks, water works, drainage and concreting.

The ideal candidate should meet the following standards:



* Undertake the management of Site Engineers and Foreman
* Drive construction phase of project
* Manage and control all project resources
* Responsible for all management of the project
* Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are being complied with
* Ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively monitored and controlled
* Deliver project within programme and budget
* Manage and monitor subcontractors
* Liaise with client and designers
* Attend monthly progress meetings and compile monthly reports
* Report to Line Manager on a regular basis
* Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate
* Must be able to adapt and use own initiative.
