Job responsibilities:
- In first week of placement to shadow the main teacher to understand the needs of each student
- Support students in classroom and outdoor based tasks to understand their barrier to learning
- Help students to progress
- Follow main teachers lesson plans to ensure student is on task
- Feedback to main teacher in regards to what went well and even better if

Key Skills:
- Must have own means of transport
- Keen to learn new skills
- Must have experience with Children, adults, SEN, Education or support worker roles
