This "well-ordered and harmonious community" school in the heart of Crawley is looking for the next star to add to their current primary team. Currently educating approximately 540 pupils, including SEN and EAL, this school believes that the child's academic and emotional progress should remain at the heart of everything they do. Working as a team together to ensure the continued progress of every child the ideal candidate will be able to use the extensive grounds to engage the children outside the classroom in a way that will grow the child as a whole. This school is looking for a flexible Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their primary team at the start of January.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working with small groups of children as well as supporting SEN children
* Helping the Teacher to set up and deliver creative lessons
* Supporting children in the classroom and outside the classroom to continue progression
* Ensuring clear communication with the rest of the primary team
