We have an immediate start date available a Healthcare Trust client based in Downpatrick. This is a full time contract with an expected duration of 3-6 months based within an experienced and established team providing critical support to service users and families across the South Eastern area.

Requirements:
- At least 6-12 months relevant experience within a administration, secretarial or clerical capacity
- Previous Experience in a role within a Health and Social Care Trust would be highly advantageous
- Previous knowledge of Family, Childcare or older peoples sectors highly advantageous
- Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly motivated
Responsibilities:
- Administrative & clerical support duties within a fast paced division focusing family, childcare & Older people services
- Answering telephone enquiries, filing, faxing, photocopying
- Data entry, appointment schedule management, file management, minute taking & secretarial support
- Updating files and patient records, processing referrals, updating internal spreadsheets and report typing
- All aspects of administrative support to the management team
