The Client Relationship Administrator will support the Account Managers with supporting a handful of client accounts and ensuring a strong relationship exists between all stakeholders.
It's a varied and interesting role that includes elements of general administration, customer service, payroll and reporting.
Duties of the role include:Ensure there is regular contact with each client in line with the Account Managers account plan.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersSupport the Account Manager with the coordination of resources to minimise cost implicationsMaximise all opportunities for cost savingsIdentify additional revenue opportunities whenever possible.Identify and pass on opportunities for new clients or revenue streamsSupport all internal and external clients in a professional and confidential manner.Anticipate and prepare the information required by senior management for meetings or daily activities.Answer calls in a professional manner and ensure that accurate messages are taken and relayed quickly and correctly.

To be considered for the role its essential that you can show experience of providing good customer service in a business to business environment. It would be great if you have some understanding of payroll processes, although this isn't an essential requirement.
