Clinical lead

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £16ph (£36,608pa)

Hours: Full time

Are you looking to work for a renowned training provider? Do you want to take your next steps up the career ladder? Look no further, I'm looking for a Clinical Lead who can lead from the front and support the manager and everyone around them.

This is for a medium size 'GOOD' Nursing Home in Chesterfield, this service is split into x3 units, Dementia, Nursing and Residential, as well as offer short team respite care. Each nursing unit is staffed with x1 nurse and x4 carers as well as some 121 support.

Responsibilities

- Leading your team, you will be in charge of all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit
- Maintaining accurate records for residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards
- You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of residents
- Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies and relatives

- Show commitment to the group and share their ethos of delivering a high standard of person-centred care

Requirements

- NMC registered with active pin

- Experience in a nursing home is desirable

- You will be committed to championing independence, choice and dignity in the home
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build trusting relationships
