Clinical Lead

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £37,000pa

Hours: 40 hours - 24 hours clinical and 16 hours' supernumerary

Do you have experience in;

* Elderly mental health/dementia
* PASS system (or computerised care plans)
* Supervision and staff competencies
* Process of reviews and older adult mental health team
* Wound care and prevention of skin damage
* Person centred care and behavioural support

- Complete non-clinical tasks during secured supernumerary time

- Report to the Home Manager

- Manage the performance of staff nurses and care staff

- Show commitment to the group and share their ethos of delivering a high standard of person-centred care

- Champion independence, choice and dignity in the home

- Ensure all training and upskilling is completed, staff rotas and off duty rotas are complete, all auditing, safeguarding and DOLS are up to standard and clinical excellence is promoted throughout the home


- NMC registered with active pin

- Experience in a nursing home (desirable)

- An ability to communicate at all levels and build trusting relationships
