This opportunity is best suited to Nurses who are looking to be well supported from day one from a long-standing, down to earth and friendly manager. This specialist care service offers care to 70 residents with varying needs. 3 units; a general nursing unit, a dementia unit, and a residential unit, each nursing unit is staffed with a nurse and x5 carers and supported by the Nursing Deputy Manager.

Responsibilities

- Reporting to the Home Manager.
- You will have direct responsibility for the performance of staff nurses and care staff.
- Ensuring all training and up-skilling is completed, staff rotas and off-duty rotas are complete, all auditing, safeguarding, and DOLS are up to standard and checking clinical excellence is promoted throughout the home.
- Show commitment to the group and share their ethos of delivering a high standard of person-centered care.

Requirements

- NMC Registered - RGN,RMN or RNLD

- Experience at a senior level and in a Nursing Home is desirable

- Strong Management and Leadership skills

- Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
