Role: Contract Administrator / Commercial Administrator
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Contract: Temp to Permanent
Start date: December 2020
Salary/Rate: £20,000 - £25,000 P/A
Full Time Hours: 8:30am to 5pm 5 days per week

The Role:Add new contracts onto the systemRaise call-off Contracts on Project Award database;Upload CF09 & LF02 Checklists on to LF02 Repository;Set-up new Contracts on CEMAR, cost databases and reporting systemsLiaising with new contractorsCommunicate cost codes to H/O to be set-up in SAP for each Contract.Organise start up meetingsLiaison with doc control for projectwise requestsAdd projects to the time sheet databaseLabour/Plant paymentsInputting the data correctly onto a bespoke systemLiaising with suppliers and sitesChasing invoices from clientsEnsuring all invoices are correctQuoting clientsEntering costing data on to excelAd hoc admin duties, filing, archiving etc.
You must have:Confidence on the phoneExcellent attention to detailWillingness to learnGreat attitude and able to work well within a teamSelf motivatedAll round administration experienceGood communication skillsIT skills and working knowledge of online systemsAdministrator skills
