Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager

My client has a major hospital scheme to deliver in Oman. They have a requirement for a senior commercial /contract manager to work as part of the senior management team. This is a £200m plus project being delivered on a turnkey basis to a high profile client. my client is looking for someone to be involved from procurement stage through to handover in circa 3 years time. You will work closely with the project director and operational team to deliver this project.

It is being build under FIDIC contract and experience of this is essential. You will have worked as a QS and managed major schemes previously. You will deal with procurement, contract management, sub contractors,, time extensions, variations etc.

Requirements



* Degree level education or equivalent
* QS Background
* Major project experience ideally within the health care sector
* Excellent Communicator
