Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager with market leading regional residential contractor. Based in Canterbury, £80 - £90k plus flexible package.

Our client is a leading regional residential contractor building quality new build apartments and houses across Kent. They deliver anything from very high quality build and finish Apartments and houses looking over some of Kent's most beautiful coastline through to a more standard developments for both privately and for local authorities. Due to continued expansion, new work and a large land bank the client is looking for a Commercial Manager to sit in between the Commercial Director and and the commercial staff including the 4 Senior QS's, Assistant QS's and working with the buying and Estimating teams.

The client requires a candidate who has the requisite commercial background, ie they will have worked for a Developer or Contractor in the residential sector delivering multiple projects at any time. They will be able to demonstrate managerial experience and the ability to motivate employees, monitor quality and effectively be the leading commercial contact.
