Residential Developer

Randstad are working exclusively with a leading Residential and Construction business to recruit for a Commercial Manager based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This is an award-winning business that has experienced sustained growth in recent years and as such they are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a newly created division.

The Commercial Manager will play a key role in providing commercial expertise and be responsible for financial delivery of various projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality whilst ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded.

Duties of the Commercial Manager will include;

* Managing the project procurement activities
* Managing the collation of information to ensure that contractual requirements are met
* Financial management of different projects and month end reporting
* Managing the planning and forecasting of projects
* Lead the establishment of commercial activities on new contracts
* Liaising with clients on contractual matters

KPI competencies:

* Estimating and tendering
* Valuation preparation and submission
* Productivity reporting
* Invoicing
* Contract management
* Working knowledge of dispute resolution procedures
* The successful Commercial Manager will have a proven track record of improving efficiencies, leadership and good financial acumen. You will possess great attention to detail and be an effective communicator at all levels.
