Commercial Manager - Highways - Northampton - £75 - 80K + Package!

I have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to take control of a major flagship highways scheme right from the very early stages! Based in Northampton, you will have your own team to assist you on a long term, exciting project.

Working for a top tier main contractor with a huge pipeline, this role offers great progression opportunities as well as the ability to avoid coming to London for work.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):

* Managing a commercial team below you
* Provide accurate financial reporting on the project they are leading
* Track the budget and ensure internal costs are within it
* Effectively manage subcontractors and ensure they follow the companies procedures
* Help / advise fellow colleagues where necessary

Key Experience:

* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working on major highways schemes
* 10+ Years Experience
* Experience managing a project / team previously
* NEC Form of Contract experience
* IDEALLY a member of RICS / ICES
