Community Psychiatric Health Nurse (CPN) Band 6 An excellent opportunity for an experienced Eating Disorder Practitioner (RMN B6) has arisen in the Shropshire area. We are offering full time hours, Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.00PM, with a salary of £24 p/h. You will be based in Shrewsbury however please be advised you will be required to visit various locations across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. This role will require you to provide specific assessment and psychotherapeutic treatment to children, young people and their families. In addition to employing specialist skills within individual care plans, all team members support and participate within core shared rotas (duty/referral screening, urgent risk assessment and initial assessments) in addition to providing up-to-date outcome data (CORC)Key Responsibilities:Management of complex caseload Administering Medication Deliver a range of interventions to individuals with eating disorders Maintain an effective reporting system by observing patientsApproach and Single Assessment Process).Responsible for participating in the setting of quality standards, including the auditing, monitoring and reviewing of practice in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy.Non clinical duties can be completed remotely To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced registered mental health nurse on the NMC Register, post-registration experience, evidence of formal courses and training at diploma/degree level. Please be advised that experience working on Eating Disorders is essential! Due to the nature of the role a driving licence and access to your own car is a must.
