Are you a Construction Lead? Are you looking for the chance to work as a number 1 on a large, new build project? If so, this is the perfect opportunity!

My client is Tier 1 main contractor with an extensive order book and stable career history. They are seeking candidates who show ambition and carry a strong work ethic for a Construction Lead position. It is to work as a number 1 on a huge new build residential project worth £120m.

Candidates must have experience of having worked as a number 1 on a large residential project.

This is a very interesting and exciting opportunity. For the right candidate, we can pay up to £110,000 + package.

Experience of having worked on large schemes as a number 1
