Construction Manager (Commercial Fit Out) - Central London - Immediate Start

An experienced Construction Manager is required to finishing packages on a large 10 storey+ new build commercial block in the Central London. The project is valued at approximately £100m and has been on site for almost two years with project completion due in 12 months time. The Construction Manager will take control of several floors of fit out from 1st fix internals through to handover. Ideally the Construction Manager will have some previous experience of working on large commercial projects and will come from a carpentery, drylining or painting & decorating background. This is an out site role pushing the trades and ensuring a high quality finish.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Construction Manager will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
