Construction Manager (Facade) - Westimster - £280 a day

An experienced Construction Manager is required for a £100m new build mixed use project based in Westminster. The scheme started in 2017 and has now commenced the cladding stage. Overall project completion is currently scheduled for Q1 2020. An out on site Construction Manager is required to facade packages (curtain walling, metsec & rainscreen). The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing similar packages / projects of at least £50m in value. It is also essential that the Construction Manager has experience of assisting with design & programming prior to works commencing on site.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager on site to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Construction Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
