Construction Manager

Leeds

Salary up to £65,000

I am currently recruiting for a Construction Manager on behalf of one the UK's fastest growing commercial build contractors who have grown turnover from £45M to £100M in the space of two years with £75M confirmed works in the pipeline for 2018. This contractor is looking for someone to act as a construction Manager overseeing multiple projects with values up to 45M, the successful candidate will report directly into the MD and the Construction Director.

Key Responsibilities:



* Management of multiple projects up to £45M in value
* Management of company's site managers/ on site teams
* Ability to work with multiple sub contractors
* Ability to work closely with the commercial team to achieve budget on live projects

Experience required:



* Experience working on Student Accommodation/ industrial projects preferred
* Experience in management role is essential
* At least 5 years experience within Construction is a must
* Construction Management qualifications would be an advantage
* Experience working on Commercial build projects valued up to £45M
