Are you looking for a new long term freelance contract until the Winter of 2019? Have you got strong experience in delivering Civil Engineering schemes and Water treatment works?

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the planning, logistics and delivery of multiple sites. Candidates who have progressed from a Engineering background or from the tools can be considered for the role but experience in Water treatment works is essential.

Interviews will be taking place immediately for the earliest possible start.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Liase with the client to get consents for upcoming works
* Build, maintain and drive the programme for works for multiple projects - hold weekly meetings
* Prepare sub contractors with materials, permits/paperwork to ensure efficient delivery of works
* Ensure and promote a high level of Quality/H&S on site as per the specification
* Plan and mobilise teams on a multi site projects to work in a project team delivering a program of improvements

Candidate Requirements:

* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* CSCS card
