Company overview

A Residential Design and Build Contractor that are currently having huge successes both in the London market and home counties. Currently a medium sized contrator, this is a great time to join a company with impressive and realistic expansion plans.


The role

As a Planner, you will provide planning and progress reports on projects using ASTA Power Projects, you will be reporting the relevant Directors, discuss and support progress with managers, manage and control programme information, attend tender handover meeting, discuss about the methodology and programme strategy, you will be supporting the team with the tender programme into a fully integrated Design, procurement and project programme in co-ordination.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have relevant qualifications such as a HNC or a HND in construction or a relevant qualification. Previous experience working on a construction site and knowledge of full MS Office suite. With excellent communication skills and you must be able to travel to the Head Ofice in Loughton and visit the London Sites.
