Randstad are recruiting for a Construction Supervisor for an established contractor located in the Thames Valley. This regional business has successfully negotiated a range of bespoke projects in recent weeks and they are now looking at a new £25 million apartment block.

This exciting opportunity is a key part of our clients growth plan, this role will require a experienced Construction Supervisor to assist with this project.

Our client has work in the following sectors:



* Education
* Care homes
* Private Houses
* Health & community centres

Role:

My client is currently looking for a Construction Supervisor to assist on this £25 million development and will need experience in; piling, earthworks, deep basements, propping, concrete works and steel frame construction. You will have a site based management role and be heavily involved with certain aspects of the role from start to finish.

You will have certain responsibilities, and be able to manage the day to day in your specific area of works; H&S, Programme, Coordination, Quality checks and the production of site records, site diaries, testing certification, site inspections etc. You will be reporting directly into the Project Manager on site.
