Senior Site Manager I am currently working with an excellent regional contractor who have a new build school scheme in Dorset. They are actively seeking a senior site manager to work under a site based project manager. The project is currently live and will run until early 2022. The correct candidate will have experience working for larger regional or national contractors ideally with education experience. This project is circa £9m in value and being delivered under a JCT contract. The project has a steel frame, multiple cladding types, concrete base and complex fit out due to the end users requirements. Ideally you will have worked on similar projects previously and must be happy to travel to Dorset for this initial scheme. Future works will likely be Hampshire and Surrey area.
