CALLING ALL CONTRACT MANAGERS

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful and profitable delivery of multiple projects.

You will undertake service contract management, surveying duties, and contribute to the delivery of an effective professional technical service within the Contract Management Department.

Lead the provision of professional technical support and advice and provide support on the development of maintenance programmes and the effective management of associated contracts and budgets.

You will be predominantly be based at the Office, but you will also be required to travel to Customer Sites under your remit, therefore a full clean driving license is essential.

You will be working closely with the Directors, Contract Administrators, Site Managers and the Client in the initial planning stages through to completion of projects for the client and will plan the project resource including plant, labour and materials, costings and must have a full understanding of Commercial & Residential Construction.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and knowledge of the industry

Key responsibilities:



* Programming and planning
* Managing overall Quality and timely delivery of schemes
* Client liaison
* Management of Site Managers / Site teams / Direct labour Experience required
* Experience of managing multiple projects in a supervisory role and working within budgets and specifications.
* Excellent man management and leadership skills
* Understand H&S, able to write and produce method statements and risk assessments.
* Surveying and Costing Knowledge
* Proven experience administering service agreements, contracts, schedules/specifications, variations and invoices.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience using a database to record and extract data;
* Ability to manage all aspects of budgets
* Clear communications skills
* Proven track record of managing projects within a Contractor environment
