job description

Contract Support - Luton LU1 - £10.09p/h

Full time hours 37.7 per week



* Monday - Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm
* Salary £10.09 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:



* Dynamics financial reporting system
* Management of holiday database and shift schedules
* Filing of documentation Confidential and discrete approach
* Compile and submit accurate engineer time sheets and personal expenses on a weekly basis.
* Ensure site holiday records and shift planner if required is kept up to date and is displayed in office and workshops.
* Support the Contract Manager in compiling reports as required for contractual requirements.
* Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Contract Manager.
* Invoicing the customer, paying supplier invoices, raising Purchase Orders

Duties will include:



* Ability to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision and use of own initiative
* Ability to work quickly and calmly, especially under pressure and in emergency situations
* Proven background in IT
