My National Residential Housing Building client is on the lookout for an already established Contracts Manager who has experience in Contracts Management within the Residential House Building sector, ideally with a large developer. The skills needed within the role, outside of the qualifications is strong leadership qualities, especially from a health and safety perspective is essential.

You will be running 5 sites in a variety of different sizes from North Yorkshire, up to the Gateshead area, as some of the sites are large; they will be needing someone with at least 2 years of experience as a Contracts Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

* A proven track record of successful delivery of numerous residential schemes as a Contracts Manager
* Proven experience in managing teams and excellent health and safety management skills
* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication skills
* A current CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid
* Valid Driving Licence

It would be highly desirable if you have operated as a Contracts Manager in a previous role, ideally within the house building sector. You will also have all the recognised qualifications including; SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshall, CSCS Black Card and a NVQ of at least level 4. These qualifications are mandatory and any other relevant qualifications would be highly desired.
