Permanent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work with a leading Housebuilder within the Aberdeen area.

This role will involve the overseeing of medium-large scale projects within the Aberdeen and Angus region.

Overseeing a team of experienced Site Managers you will be required to deliver projects to schedule and have overall responsibility for all site activity. Other duties will include regular client meetings, liasion with commercial and sales teams and sub-contractor management/liasion

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialise build contractor who are going through a strong period of growth with a busy order book ahead and a strong financial forecast.

Developments include affordable properties including flatted developments to higher spec, luxury homes.

Overall package/bonus is dependent on experience and highly competitive within this sector.

All candidates will be required to show a strong background as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager. This must also be within the residential construction industry with a proven track record in order to be successful.
