job description

Contracts Manager - Main Contractor

My client is an excellent regional contractor who work mainly in Dorset on a variety of new build schemes. They are a main contractor who deliver schemes between 1-7m. These projects are a mix of design and build and build and traditional contract projects.

The role will report to the Construction Director and will manager 2-3 live schemes in the Dorset area. You will take these projects from pre construction through to delivery on site and managing the site teams. Due to the nature of these projects you will also be heavily involved with the end client also.
