Are you a Contracts Manager? Looking for a new position? Have experience working with a Groundworks contractor?

Randstad are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work across Bristol with this leading Groundworks contractor who work with some of the largest housebuilders and developers in the country. They work on new housing infrastructure, foundations, earthworks and concrete construction. With majority of their projects being within 50 miles of central Bristol, this would be an amazing role for someone local; work on your doorstep.

The candidate;

- At least 5 years experience as a Contracts Manager.

- Proven experience of Cotnract Management of Groundworks and Infrastructure projects.

- Experience with a Groundworks contractor.

- Interested in a permanent role.

- Knowledge of groundwork's and infrastructure techniques.

- Effective workforce planning to ensure optimum numbers of personnel are on site.

- Continuous input throughout full tender and project life-cycle to ensure all projects are within cost, profitable and quality measures are met.

- Proven contract management or multi-site project management experience is essential.
