job description

Contracts Manager required for a leading Residential Developer. Kent based projects, £75 - £95k plus package and performance related bonuses.

Our client is one of the leading lights in Residential Development. They are know for delivering high quality build and finish and have multiple sites across Kent, both large multiple phase and smaller volume projects, and have a number of new developments and phases starting in the next year.

Due to continued expansion my client is looking to employ a Contract Manager who has previously held or is currently in a similar role within Residential Development.

The client is looking for a Manager who has looked after multiple sites at one time. They will be experienced in programming works, will have managed Site based teams and individuals, work along side the Commercial and technical teams and liaise with local authorities. Ultimately the Candidate will be responsible for the planning, progress, quality and Health and Safety on each project.

Candidates will need to be experienced with Traditional and Timber Frame build types, have excellent managerial and motivational skills and will be reporting directly into the Construction Director so will need to be able to confidently and accurately report into a senior level.

The client is willing to pay well for the right candidate. They will be incentivised with a competitive package and bonus scheme, an excellent working environment and a large land bank leading to further opportunities.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch. Amy conversations or applications will be treated confidentially.
