Excellent opportunity for Contract Managers with one of Kents busiest and growing businesses delivering quality new build projects across Kent. £77 - £85k plus flexible package and bonuses.

Our client is the Development arm of a long established contractor based in Kent. They currently have 9 live projects across Kent delivering multiple residential units for themselves and local authorities , varying from small apartment blocks through to multiple top end residential units and everything in between.

Due to continued growth the client id looking to take on a permanent Contracts Manager to join the senior management team and reporting into the Build Director.

Contracts managers are generally responsible for driving the programmes of 3 to 4 developments which can incorporate timber frame , sometimes R/C and traditional build schemes. Clients can be Local Authorities , private land holders and they also build for themselves as a Developer.

Ideally they would like to interview candidates who can demonstrate management skills of multiple project sat any time with a mixture of working in the Contractor / Developer market. New build experience is required.

The client is willing to pay the right candidate a substantial basic salary with a flexible package and bonuses. The opportunity live and they are looking to interview appropriate candidates ASAP.
