Vacancy: Contracts Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a highly respected main contractor within the Oxfordshire region. Due to growth in key markets & expansion they are seeking either a Senior Project Manager that is looking to take the next step up in their career or an experienced Contracts Manager that has proven track record within this senior role.
As contracts manager you would be responsible for the delivery of 3/4 schemes that will range from £5 Million - £15 Million, majority of their projects will be Education, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure or student accommodation.
You would have new build & refurbishment experience with knowledge of Design & Build or Traditional contracts. You would have worked for a Tier one or large regional main contractor. You will have excellent contractual & technical knowledge. You will drive construction programs with the help of site teams, from a client representative you will ensure all senior meeting are conducted by your self.

This contract operates circa £100 Million a year & operates via frame work agreements & competitive tendering.
