Contracts Manager

My client is a long established regional building contractor who work in Hampshire. They deliver schemes across Hampshire and are actively seeking a contracts manager to join the team.

The work they deliver is a mix of housing, education and commercial new build and refurb schemes in the main between 1 and 3 million. You will run 3/4 live schemes with a site manager on each and report to the Construction Director.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering multiple schemes for another main contractor in the region. You will have experience of design and build schemes, new build projects and also refurbishments. In return my client will offer a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package.

* SMSTS
* Multiple project delivery experience with another main contractor
* Excellent communication skills
* IT Literate
