Position: Cover supervisor
Pay Rate: £110 per day
Location:Bristol

As a Cover Supervisor, you will get the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, teaching assistants, and other school staff to support students' learning and development. This role allows you to engage with diverse classroom environments, manage student behaviour, and ensure lessons run smoothly in the absence of the regular teacher, all while gaining valuable experience across different subjects and year groups.

Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task with their learning.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
- Support students in completing their work, providing guidance and timely assistance.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure continuity and quality of education during cover periods.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Requirements for this role:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the update service.
- Relevant experience in the UK schools.
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- Strong communication, behaviour and management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
