Are you a Band 6 Nurse with experience in Adult Mental Health and CMHT work? Can you manage a caseload of service users with substantial mental health needs? If so then this could be the perfect role for you!We are looking for two Mental Health Practitioners to work in a community team in Manchester. The successful candidate would ideally have community experience and would be confident working autonomously and building strong working relationships with their service users. They would conduct assessment for patients suffering mental health issues and write assessments and care plans to ensure the individuals maximise their independence.This is a six week contract, Monday - Friday, 30 hours a week. The shift pattern is 9-5 over 4 days. A clean driving licence and own transport is essential, knowledge of PARIS is desired.
