Customer Account Manager

Safety Media are looking for a dynamic and confident Customer Account Manager to join their Customer Experience Team.

The role

As a Customer Account Manager, you'll receive a competitive salary and a permanent contract. You'll work Monday to Friday in the new modern head office, which is conveniently located near the A55 in St Asaph.

The role consists of:

* Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
* Quarterly on-site/phone meetings with customers
* Introducing new courses and functionality to your customers, and scheduling any up-skilling of E-learning and Health and Safety software solutions.
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships
* Maximising the functionality of solutions to get the best return from their investment
* Implementing, up-skilling and supporting new customers
* Ensuring all actions from site visits and phone calls are followed up so that new solutions implementations achieve their 'go live' target
* Interact with customers - inbound, outbound or by email

What will I need in order to be considered for this Customer Account Manager role?

* Experience of working in a sales or account manager role, with a proven track record of meeting targets
* Demonstrate a passion for customer service and building positive relationships with your customers
* Be pro-active, self-motivated and exhibit great time-management skills
* Be an excellent verbal and written communicator, and have good IT skills
* Display confidence and tenacity
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Excellent attention to detail
