job description

The client are one of the UK's top 10 house builders with a regional office based in Surrey that specialises in the development of traditional build housing across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex.

Due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to work in their office based Customer Care team. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in this role and must be based within an hour of Guildford. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £25k + package.

Responsibilities



* Work closely with nominated Development Teams to ensure customer journey processes are followed

* Provide weekly reporting to relevant personnel

* Answer incoming calls into Customer Care and log issues and actions

* Respond to all customer queries via email, telephone and letter professionally and within agreed timeframes

* Build relationships with customers throughout warranty through courtesy calls, managing programmes of work and understanding needs of each customer

* Build relationships with subcontractors and ensure completion of works in SLAs

* Raise contra-charges where necessary

* Liaise with other departments

* Schedule Operative appointments

* Co-ordinate programmes of remedial works across multiple trades

* Carry out any appropriate duties required to improve the customer experience
