Are you a self motivated and enthusiastic Customer Contact Advisor? Do you thrive on delivering excellent Customer Service? Are you Looking for you next temporart position with a leading housing provider?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Contact Advisor to join our client's busy housing team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a call centre or exceptional experience in the Customer Service sector.

Responsibilities:



* Respond to contact made across all media into the Customer Contact Services Team in relation to repairs, estate management, rents and all other social housing enquiries.
* Resolve, where possible enquiries into the Customer Contact Team, where enquiries fall outside the remit of the customer contact team, accurately refer these to the appropriate areas of the Association.
* Promote and direct customers towards digital access channels
* Accurately log all customer contact onto the Associations IT systems.
* Making outgoing calls to stakeholders

Requirements:



* Positive and proactive individual with excellent phone manner
* Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively with others using a range of techniques, adapting style to enhance the impact and suit the needs of the recipient
* Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet targets
* Proficient in the use of IT and key board skills
