Are you a night owl, looking to work from 11pm to 7am? A passion for delivering good customer service? Do you want to be part of a team that makes a difference?

A fast forward thinking Tech Company is looking for a quality focused customer experience representative, to join their dynamic and fun team. The successful representative will be working in their vibrant London Bridge office, overlooking the Thames. This fast paced moving company has plenty of scope for career progression, with focus on training from the beginning to give their team member the tools they need to succeed long term. We're looking for individuals to work the night shift from 11pm-7am, providing support to our UK customers.

Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails from potential customers and existing clients
Quickly assess customer issues to provide accurate support
Self Motivated
Be able to work independently, while knowing how/when to handle critical customer issues
To maintain a professional, empathetic and caring tone through all touch points: Phone, email, chat and social media
Ability to multi-task; using different tools and systems to support customers and drivers
Liaise with customers and drivers about the status of their order

Requirements: Good communication/Interpersonal skills
Two years experience in a customer service role
Problem solving in a fast paced environment
